Clients are attached to needed services – All clients receive case management services depending on their needs and receive assistance with personal budgeting, maintaining good tenancy, housekeeping, general apartment maintenance, being a good neighbor, etc.
Financial Assistance – Most clients are eligible for deposit assistance equal to two month’s rent and also have access to time-limited subsidies to help them cover their rent for a predetermined amount of time.
Third party to mediate problems – If problems arise, you can call us. We care as much about our relationship with our landlords as we do our clients. We need everyone to make our program work! The job of a Case Manager is to offer support and information regarding landlord and tenant responsibilities and to help mediate if problems arise. Case Managers conduct regular home visits to support the clients in increasing their income, budgeting their finances and maintaining their apartments.
